Traditional yet contemporary, stylish and effortlessly elegant. The Hicks Street Townhouse by New York based Kevin Dakan Architect. From its red brick facade and charcoal grey door to the small but perfectly formed kitchen the house is sophisticated and liveable.

Vanessa says:

That kitchen. SO GORGEOUS. I love the sheen of the tile!

Millix says:

Painfully beautiful. The kind of chic I love and that I will never be able to achieve.

Everything feels so cozy but I'm particularly drawn to that tiny yet crazy functional kitchen! Great find

Wow! The way this home is illuminated – just gorgeous. I have gone back to this post a few times to study the beauty of each room, including the outdoor space. Thanks for another wonderful post.

C says:

Effortlessly elegant my ass, that whole place except the outside is trying way too hard.

Sheila says:

I love the kitchen. The look has inspired me!!
