Monday’s pets on furniture

Posted on Mon, 3 Nov 2014 by KiM

If you would like to send me photos to include in next week’s pets on furniture post, please ensure your photos follow these basic rules: First, the pet must be on a piece of furniture. And said piece of furniture must be clearly visible in the photo, so it takes center stage rather than your pet. Think of it more of a photo of a great piece of furniture that you want to show off…and your pet happens to be sitting on it. And second, if the photo is too dark or unfocused it may not make the cut. Photos, your name, location and a brief description can be sent to kim[at]desiretoinspire[dot]net. Thanks!

It was suggested to me that I should contact you to enter this cute pic of my 3 month old pup Faora for your Pets on Furniture article.

This chair belongs to my Family since I was a little child (long time ago), and it’s was the first place chosen by Frida to take a nap, when she decided to explore the house.
– Thelma (Belo Horizonte, Brazil)

My beloved Catulo and Calamity Jane ready for dinner.
– Paola (Lima, Peru)

Here’s a few shots of Miss Indigo. In the first she is sitting on ‘her’ ladder, I suppose as far as scratching posts go it’s not bad. The others simply show her following the sun.
– Felicity (Perth, Australia)

Maddox our yellow lab takes over our couch. Caught red pawed!
– Helena

I took this photo Thursday, the day before we left for Montreal to pick up our new dining chairs. Phoebe and Felix were wondering why in the hell I was crouched down in the corner of the dining room.

Bernadette says:

I loved them all! What fun, creative homes you all have :o)

minnesota says:

Wow, pretty hard to beat Wonder Woman Dog! That is awesome!
Frida is resting on a FISH pillow. Nicely done.
Catulo and Calamity Jane sitting at a very stylish table. Also, is that a cherry piano? mahogany? beautiful.
Miss Indigo and that startling raccoon pillow! Nice. Interesting wall there. Cute cat.
Maddox doesn't look very worried about getting caught red-pawed. Lovely dog and nice couch.
As for Phoebe and Felix–they sure live in a snazzy house. Also, very artistic photograph. It could be in Vogue.
Love every single Pets on Furniture Mondays!

As long as they don't have to wear costumes, I think the critters are cool with it.
