Chances are if you work in the retail or hospitality industry you work on a Saturday. That wouldn’t be so bad if your work place was the Cairdean Estate in Nappa Valley, California. Using natural materials and raw textures while referencing the owners’ Scottish heritage design firm NICOLEHOLLIS has created a beautifully cohesive range of spaces from wine tasting room to restaurant to bakery to retail space.

Even without all that wine around, I'd love the look of this- warm and inviting, a bit moody. Napa is my old stomping ground, and I miss it (and it's wonderful weather). I know you're in Oz, Jo, so understandably you may not realize that Napa is in northern California. A fact only Californians would nit-pick about- ha ha! 🙂

Like Axie, I was going to say….NorCal, baby NorCal.

Oh no! That's what happens when I race to do a post just before working on a Saturday. Thanks Axie. Thanks Sparky. I put California instead 🙂

Wow, this place is stunning. That dark wood and the pops of blue furniture. It's amazing.
