Maddalena Cannarsa of extrArchitecture is an Italian architect living in London, and Jo featured her flat a while back here. She emailed recently wanting to share a couple of her recent projects with us. This first project is the interior design refurbishment of a home in Notting Hill. The flooring is beautiful (wide plank all the way!) and the kitchen is simple and sleek.
Here we have a refurbished flat in Chelsea with a new side extension. Pops of yellow in the kitchen alcoves and the bold tiled shower in the bathroom are a fun way to add colour in an otherwise neutral space. I hope the homeowners are big fans of yellow!
Bailey says:
Hi I love the hexagonal wallpaper and would love to know where it is from?
Blanders says:
I can't help but think that the first kitchen needed coloured cabinets rather than white. Even just a pale pastel tone, to delineate the room a little more.
Ombia says:
I love the design and white kitchen for sure. But there is not really a space to sit on those beautiful stools.
