House of Folding Planes

I’ve always had a thing for cacti. A pot or two about the house has been more than satisfactory… until now. Now I want a garden just like this by Phoenix, Arizona based landscape architects Colwell Shelor. It may necessitate a move to an arid climate but I can’t see that being a problem.

Trust me Jo, arid is overrated. You would miss the rain! I moved from Brisbane to Adelaide a couple of years ago which of course is nowhere near as dry as Arizona. I dream of my lush Brisbane garden as I try to establish a coastal garden here with bugger all rain! Adelaide received 17mm of rain today and it actually made the evening news! That is barely a shower in SE Qld.
