This 350m2 in Paris is a total dream with to-die-for moldings galore and my favourite chevron hardwood throughout. Add a floral wallpaper that I am completely smitten with, massive ornate mirrors, a luxurious kitchen and some bold paint colours and I am about ready to move right in! Another stunner by the incredibly talented Camille Hermand Architectures.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m a dedicated follower of the dark side but every so often I am tempted by the other side. Follow the light Jo. Follow the light. Bellevue Hill home by Sydney-based cm studio.

A traditional red brick facade hides a contemporary reworking of this 2 bedroom townhouse with a distinct industrial meets New York loft vibe. Think oak floors, Carrara marble, exposed brick and steel framed French doors. I’ll definitely take that kitchen and the bathroom has some great inspiration for a very common layout but that back deck needs a rethink. I’m stalking in the Melbourne suburb of Prahran. Link here while it lasts.
Pretty, casual, bright, timeless, serene, polished….so many wonderful things to say about these spaces decorated by Los-Angeles Irene Lovett and her team at designstiles. I LOVE that butterfly print. And the white & marble kitchen. And ALL the rugs. And all the rest.
It’s fresh and fun, light and bright and liveable. Love this home by Seattle-based Heidi Caillier Design. The mix of old and new, textures and patterns. The mid century chairs in their unexpected pink patterned fabric, the green accents, the soft grey in the striped rug are so much fun against the crisp white of the living room.
