Ease and elegance, sophistication and stylish simplicity. The hero of the landscape design is the sandstone, walls, steps, pavers, referencing the outcrops of this golden stone seen throughout the Sydney area. This fabulously eclectic newly-built home filled with art is located in Moscow and was designed by Anna Erman. (Note: there are a couple of dead animals pictured for those who take offence). Lots of quirky art pieces are displayed throughout the home but my favourites are the chandeliers over the dining table (by Winnie Louis). Nothing floats my boat more than statement lighting! It’s my weekly mantra. If you have to drag yourself into work on a weekend it certainly helps if it’s somewhere stylish. Gwynne St Studio, a warehouse conversion by Biasol. I’d go just for the bathroom!
