A neutral and contemporary apartment in Milan

Posted on Wed, 31 Jan 2018 by KiM

Loving the casual, somewhat industrial vibe in this Milan apartment. The cream, white, grey and black colour palette is the best combination of neutrals that lends an air of sophistication. By Studio Paolo Badesco.

Stalking a family home in Melbourne

Posted on Wed, 31 Jan 2018 by midcenturyjo

We’re stalking a family house in the Melbourne suburb of Northcote, a house of two halves, old and new. You’d never know from its weatherboard cottage facade that behind is a light-filled, contemporary open plan home perfect, as you can see from the photos, for a young family. Inside and out meld seamlessly through sliding glass doors, extending the living space out into the courtyard garden. Stylish and kid friendly. Link here while it lasts.

A Chelsea home full of drama

Posted on Tue, 30 Jan 2018 by KiM

I could not be more enthralled with this home in Chelsea (London) home designed by Shalini Misra. Impeccable attention to detail, totally unique and so much drama. I absolutely love every single thing in this home….except that dining table would make me completely mad with all the fingerprints (and I don’t even have kids!)
