I am blown away by this 19th century home in France, especially after coming across some before photos. It was completely renovated by architect Sophie Lallias – and you’ll see what I mean by completely when you check out the 2 before photos I added to the end of this post. I love all the black in this home, especially the kitchen and I spot one of my favourite dark wallpapers (Amime by Farrow & Ball). And thankfully the beautiful original staircase was maintained. A renovation to be proud of with a mix or original and modern elements.
Like cotton candy come to life, a Footscray apartment by Melbourne-based BoardGrove Architects is splashed with the “it” colour Millennial Pink, the perfect counterpoint to its austere concrete shell. As sweet as sweet can be.
A beautiful marriage of old and new, contemporary classics with timeless antiques, warmed with organic pieces. I’m in love with this home by Austin-based Studio Seiders. So welcoming, so liveable, so lovely.

My twin sister sent me this photo of her pooch Benson having a nap on me niece Isabella’s bed.
And one from me. A couple of weekends ago I rearranged my living room (in the end, not much moved) and Lucky ended up passing out on the sofa once I had it in place. (I need to redo some of the pics I took of how the space looks now and will post ASAP)
The idea of an afternoon nap has never been more appealing. A buttery bedroom delight by Amy Meier Design.
