Eclectic in Madrid

I will never stop loving the eclectic juxtaposition of traditional and modern furnishings in a space. I had to share another project by Jaime de Pablo-Romero (YNot) because that’s what this space in Madrid is all about. Bonus points for the striped foyer and the Flos 265 swing arm light.

Haha! That handheld vacuum ‘lamp’ is unique.

I like the humor! Hurray for the humor in design. The repurposing. Difficult to achieve in today’s design, oh so serious.
The fabric choice/execution on the French chair and settee is so bad that it’s actually becomes “good”. Mirror hung too high.
Greek key strong border on the flooring. Nice strength. The coco matting in the entrace is submerged. Correct. Madrid is quite interesting.

Très bel appartement: beaucoup de personnalité !!! On y voit la même chose que partout. Merci !
