Connecticut and NYC based interior designer Alison Kist believes that people don’t just live in their home, they form a relationship with it. Her style is eclectic, a casually elegant mix of old and new along with the quirky, the whimsical and pieces that tell a story. What she creates is a home that tells the owner’s story, the best sort of home.
So many interesting details.
Oooh, I am in love with the sofa in the room with the blue shelving (third photo from the bottom), can you please tell me where it is from? I am looking for a sofa for my den/office ideally with one long bench cushion like that. It’s gorgeous!
Love the dining room with the Stockholm IKEA rug…I have one too and it is so dramatic!

Exquisite work! If I had money (and a home) I’d hire her in a heartbeat to design it.
