We all know the mansions that pass as holiday shacks in the Hamptons. For most of us they are dream houses, the stuff of fantasies. Today I’m not quite dreaming of a mansion, more of a simpler building (yes I know it’s probably in the estate of such a mansion but let me hold on to this dream just a little longer), a boho barn. Love the cerused oak walls, the block print fabrics, the kantha quilts used to upholster the sofa and how things change around the room from shot to shot. A wonderful daydream by Virginia Tupker.

So nice, and so unHamptons like! It took me a minute to realize the black and tan line drawings are human figures- neat

It is a replica of Givenchy’s country house. Or attempt.
Givenchy did it better.
