Leanne Ford – a bit on the light side

You know I had to go here. The lighter side of Leanne Ford. Lighter for the most part. I love that she almost always adds a bit of dark with the light. For contrast.

Leanne Ford – a bit on the dark side

I wanted to share a bit more from Leanne Ford because this woman can do no wrong. I am in awe of each of her projects so here is a little round up of some of her designs that are a bit on the dark side.

Take a moment to stop and drink in the stylish harmony achieved in this 60m² Haussmanian apartment by Constance Oulès. “In all of her projects, she seeks to combine the functional and the aesthetic, the rigor of the lines and the warmth of the materials, the purity and the character, the masculine and feminine, simplicity and sophistication.” A beautiful balance indeed!

Saltwater Residence

“Saltwater Lane represents a Seattle area client’s desire for a vacation home where friends and family can come together to enjoy the beauty of the San Juan Islands. Interesting textures and a watery palette inspired by the inlet behind the home lend way to a respite from city life.”

A stylish getaway to kick start your week by Seattle-based interior designer Kylee Shintaffer.

Sunday at a tattoo studio

I have the itch again. No not THAT itch. The tattoo itch. I blame Instagram. There are too many talented tattoo artists sharing their work and making me want some more ink. And then I come across this modern, funky tattoo studio in Livorno, Italy designed by MODO architettura + design and it makes my itch even itchier.
