This elegant four-bedroom Victorian townhouse arranged over four floors, with high ceilings and large original sash windows throughout has retained its generous original proportions during its current renovation. An added bonus is the 24m garden and its position opposite a park in South London. If the owner would leave the furniture it would be the sweetest real estate deal. Trafalgar Avenue, London SE15 for sale via The Modern House.
This modern home in London is an absolute gem, with one of my dream features – a central courtyard (complete with 2 story plant wall!), that even includes a footbridge to join the entrance to the sitting room at the rear. The home’s structure is perfect for displaying art and mid century furnishings in a minimalist, gallery-esque way. Available as a location home via Shoot Factory.
It’s like I say week in week out. If you have to drag yourself into work on a weekend it helps if it’s super stylish. Spa La Maison Evidens de Beauté by Emmanuelle Simon.
The home of Connecticut-based designer Denise Davies of D2 Interieurs is part Hollywood Regency (Kelly Wearstler-esque), part glam, all modern, with patterns and some bold colour choices. I am particularly fond of her living room – what’s not to love about glossy white walls and a pink/gold wallpapered ceiling?
