A renovated 60s home in Sweden

I think mid century homes will always and forever be a favourite architectural style of mine. This home, ‘Villa Bonna’ in Hovås which is south of Gothenburg, Sweden, ticks all the right boxes for mid century century eye candy, with the bonus that it cantilevers over a rock face and a pond. Recently renovated, it’s stunning and I love the kitchen design with the large windows overlooking the outdoor space, and the teak slatted ceilings and walls are such a warm, earthy touch. Via sköna hem, homeowner is Linda Österbom of Studio A3, photos by Rebecca Martyn.

Enthralling. And those rocks are so cool inside and out.

Karen says:

WOW. This home is sensational.
