This Bend, Oregon newly built home is so warm, cozy and overloaded with personality, perfect for a family. Lots of colour and texture and some granny vintage feels give this such a feel-good energy. Interior Design by Reath Design, Architecture by Bestor Architecture. Photographed by Laure Joliet.
While I like some of the elements in the MCM house, like the little built in bed and some of the beautiful rugs and furnishings, I don’t think of it as cozy. It seems a little sparse and cold for my liking, but that’s what makes the world go ’round! I like your home and style of decorating much better, Jen. Also, thank you for the tips on day trips in our area. Starved Rock is another great place to visit and if you want to go up North, over the line, in Wi., Seven Bridges State Park is lovely any time of the year. Enjoy the rest of the summer!
I keep coming back to this post. Having been in Bend, Oregon many times, this house really captures the aesthetic of city and landscape. Well designed.
