It’s only Wednesday and after yesterday I was seriously ready to throw in the towel, catch a flight to some godforsaken island and never come back. My day job can be a bit stressful here and there but OMG this week has been taxing on my patience. But I made it through without going completely loco, and all I want to post today are some really pretty photos. Is that too much to ask for? I think not. So here you go – some photos from the portfolio of super talented and creative photographer Daniel Hertzell (also featured by Jo here).

Interior designer Diego Ladino emailed us with some GORG photos of an apartment in Madrid, Spain that he designed. I LOVE the eclectic mix of styles – quirky and very cool. That would be the first 4 photos (before the jump). After the jump are photos I nabbed from his website of what appears to be a totally stunning restaurant. Talk about talent!

DDIR Architecture Studio was created in 2003 by the combined inspirations of French-Canadian architect Dominic Dube and Inge Reick, originally from Germany. This firm is based in Bangalore, India and one of their architects, Hillary, emailed us about one of their latest projects. It’s the modern and minimalist Rao Residence in Hyderabad. It’s perhaps too modern for some folks but a work of art regardless. And HELLO, check out the indoor pool!!! Thanks Hillary!
