I know I’ve posted this home before but it’s been relisted with a new agent and you know what that means … more pictures and different styling! (Yes yes also that it has been on the market for a long time.) Still a super stylish, very feminine home. What amazed me even more was its astonishing position. Great view of the harbour and all its iconic landmarks yes but that drone shot looking back across the ocean and the cliffs? Wowza. Pity you can’t get that aspect from the house. Still for sale here while the link lasts.

Natural beauty at a beach farmhouse

Posted on Thu, 22 Aug 2019 by midcenturyjo

A beautiful weekender for family and friends to gather together. Light, bright and calm. I’m imagining those long drapes fluttering in a stiff sea breeze. Reclaimed timber, tan leather, industrial hardware and white canvas. Perfect. Pony Stone by Melbourne-based interior atelier Sally Caroline.

Retro futuristic with arched windows and sinuous spiral staircase this Glebe, Sydney home designed by Chenlow Little and part of Contemporary Hotels‘ stand-out stable of luxury accommodation is as stunning as it is intriguing. The killer view from the bedroom is just the icing on the cake. A real Designers Retreat.

I’m still real estate strolling scrolling and I have stumbled upon this cute little gingerbread cottage but look closer and you will find it’s a new build home by Mani Architecture with a thoroughly modern interior. Thoughts? Link here while it lasts.

A small modern apartment in Moscow

Posted on Tue, 13 Aug 2019 by KiM

This 40 m² apartment in Moscow is a flawless example of how to maximize space when there isn’t much to work with. Cartelle Design used a grey base and added bits of colour with a bold AF yellow bed and platform, a red mirror in the hallway and pretty pink tile in the bathroom. High ceilings and large windows across the apartment help to make it feel larger and loft-like. Love this.
