Roger + Chris renovated a 160 year old Italianate Victorian home in Sharon Springs, NY and now call it the Grey House. This might just be one of the best renovations I have ever seen! The exterior is blowing my mind. I love a dark painted house. So dramatic! Also loving that they documented all of the projects on their site with before photos too so I included some so you get the full effect of the work that went into this transformation.

Their clients were open to their bold and colourful choices so 2LG Studio (that’s 2 Lovely Gays) started with a dramatic entry then burst out into a bright open plan living dining and kitchen area. There are Art Deco riffs to this renovation of a 90s bland and boring penthouse but the final design is edgy and fashion forward.

Dalla Polvere, a design partnership based in the city of Gerona in the Catalonian region of Spain, continue to inspire with their eclectic mix of 20th century icons and pieces from centuries past. Fleamarket finds sit alongside modern art, 70s cool with European Grand Tour.
