I’ve been strolling scrolling the streets of the Melbourne bay side suburb of St Kilda on my favourite real estate website when I was stopped in in my voyeuristic tracks. I think I’ve found my dream home. Ivy threatens to engulf the walls of this Arts and Crafts home with its otherwise clipped and manicured garden. Inside it’s all designer style with colour, art and the fun of family life. I took a stroll through the Victorian country town of Daylesford today or should I say scroll through the real estate listings. I’ve found a great country home without the traditional rustic frou frou frills. Modern and minimalist and great for a tree change or just a weekend getaway. Link here while it lasts.

Stalking this time in the Melbourne suburb of Albert Park and a development of an old commercial stables building and the Victorian era house at the other end of the block. Between is a modern addition that provides walkways, internal courtyard and kitchen dining with master bedroom above.
