Like an arrow from Cupid’s bow it’s a case of love at first sight for this Berlin apartment. Thoroughly modern but with just a hint of Art Deco. I do believe I have a new kitchen crush. Glogauer Apartment by New York based White Arrow.

Take marble & timber and contrast them with brass, steel and concrete. Create a bold colour palette and accentuate it with striking wallpaper. The brief was to reinvent this narrow terrace house into a modern inside outside home. The open plan living area flows seamlessly into the stylish courtyard while the modern kitchen has a birdseye view of all the proceedings. Living large in a stylish small space. Rustic meets modern meets a simple beauty in this Barcelona house by Cobalto Studio. Restrained almost severe but tempered with a tactile element. Texture combines with pops of earthy colour to bring warmth to an otherwise austere spaces. Anyone else crushing on those vintage rush seated dining chairs?
