Headland House is a reimagined Art Deco residence overlooking South Bondi, designed by Sydney-based studio Richards Stanisich, an interior design and architecture practice known for thoughtful, emotive spaces. While preserving the original masonry shell, the design introduced a new upper level and restructured interior layout. Celebrating Sydney’s beachside exuberance, the interiors feature sculptural forms, rich colour, and materials chosen to amplify light. Gloss finishes, curved elements, and ceramic surfaces interact with sunlight throughout the day, creating a home that feels both vibrant and timelessly crafted.

The Ivy forms the principal section of a glorious Grade I-listed manor house in Chippenham, built in 1728 for the lawyer and local MP John Norris. It is a seldom-seen example of the high English baroque, set in four acres of gardens designed by award-winning garden designers Julian and Isabel Bannerman. The house has undergone an extensive and highly sensitive programme of restoration works in recent years and is now exceptionally well presented. Internal accommodation extends to over 5,500 sq ft with five bedrooms and a series of beautifully designed living spaces. Additionally, it has an outdoor heated swimming pool.

Designed by Workshop/APD, this pavilion-style Nantucket retreat blends traditional cedar-shingle architecture with a distinctly modern perspective. Eight gabled volumes are linked by walkways that create fluid connections between indoor and outdoor spaces. The interiors are minimalist yet inviting featuring a light-filled rooms, tonal furnishings and bold contemporary art. Meticulously crafted and intentionally scaled, the home offers a sophisticated yet relaxed approach to coastal living reflecting Workshop/APD’s thoughtful and highly detailed design ethos.
