Designed by Scott Parks Studio, an award-winning Texas-based residential architecture firm known for creating spaces that stir the imagination, this Dallas ranch house was reimagined for a growing family. A two-bedroom second story was added within the existing footprint, while living spaces and bathrooms were renewed. A new entry hall with a sculptural staircase adds welcome curb appeal, while a clean, modern-rural vibe fits easily with the home’s mature gardens.
