Set inside an old Sydney woolstore, Folk Studio’s Gambit Loft has had quite the glow-up. What was once a tired rental is now a warm, deeply personal home, rich with character. Original brickwork, concrete columns and lofty ceilings still do the talking, while natural stone, terrazzo and an earthy palette dial up the quiet luxury. Starting almost from scratch, the team opened up the living space, reworked the layout, and cleverly added storage and privacy, proof that heritage and modern comfort can happily coexist.
