Bel Air contemporary

Collaborating closely with the sellers, a luxury real estate development team, we worked swiftly to pivot the initial neutral-hued, crowd-pleasing design direction into something tailored, uncommon and artful – saturating the detailed interior architecture throughout with the most delightfully satisfying color palette, show-stopping surfaces, gorgeous light fixtures, plenty of pattern, and a rich collection of modern and vintage furnishings.
Now THIS is how you make a statement. Channel some Hollywood Regency, some Kelly Wearstler and you have an eye-popping home that will be the envy of the neighbourhood. By Black Lacquer Design. Photos: Jessica Alexander.

I have dreams of living in a house with so much space I don’t even know what to do with it all. What would I do with 29 rooms spread over 10,000 square feet? I think a home that large could be overwhelming but in the case of Jean Stoffer she took up this challenge like a champ and turned this historic Grand Rapids home into something spectacular. There are so many fabulous rooms Jean created in her home I could only narrow it down to 28 photos. There’s even a kitchenette between the master bedroom and bathroom 🙂 (Photos: Stoffer Interiors Photography)

A family apartment in Poland

I love the homey vibes of this family apartment in Poland designed by Colombe. I will forever be smitten black and white floors, and the kitchen is a beauty and has me considering green if I ever get around to renovating my kitchen.

It is unfortunate this listing doesn’t have more photos than this but from what few glimpses are available of this incredibly beautiful 17th château in Loudun (a commune in the Vienne department and the region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, western France), I am in love. Pretty sure I would have walked through that front door, seen the limestone staircase and passed right out. Listed via Denniel Immobilier.

Warm elegance

I am absolutely in love with this Toronto home designed by Sarah Birnie in collaboration with LC & Kel Interiors. It’s sophisticated, elegant, timeless and the warm neutral tones add a touch of serenity. (Photos: Lauren Miller; styling: Me&MoCreative)
