So bright, so many curves, so much attention to detail (that dining nook photo is going in the inspiration folder). I have no problem making the assertion that Paris designers have all the fun. ALWAYS.

Pappas Miron again demonstrating the power of textures and patterns to add warmth to a space. A condo that could feel very cold is enveloped in a large tapestry, book storage, wallpaper and a dark wall to add all the cozy feels. (Photos: Tim Lenz)

Loving every bit of this historic captain’s house in Sag Harbor by Winter McDermott Design. It is neutral, sophisticated and a bit austere, which really draws your eye to the architectural details of the home. And those wood floors…..I’ve dreamt of floors like that for soooo many years. Cape Cod Court

With an emphasis on deep colors and antiques, Cameron Ruppert Interiors was entrusted with transforming this space into an energetic yet timeless work of art. Adding in architectural components like paneling in the entryway and millwork throughout, CRI added warmth and complexity to every corner. These colours and patterns, whether on the pale/pastel side or bold and saturated, give me LIFE. Photos: Stazy Zarin Goldberg

The south London home of designer Octavia Dickinson and her family is full of life. Lots of lively colours, patterns, artwork and antiques make this home bright, invigorating and casually comfortable. (Photos: Paul Massey & Harry Crowder)
