Page Louisell Design is based in Chicago and known for sophisticated, livable and quality interiors including a fearless sense of color, sophisticated use of pattern, and mix of bespoke and antique furnishings. Well, I’m smitten, especially with this space – Page’s apartment. I’d throw in timeless too. Gorgeous!

Glin Castle in Ireland

Glin Castle is an incredible 20,000 square foot, 14th century, 18-bedroom, 18-bath Georgian house in Ireland owned by actor Dominic West, his wife Catherine Fitzgerald and 2 of her sisters (having been in their family since it’s creation). They have lovingly restored the castle and used it as a retreat, but now it’s available to book privately. What an absolutely breathtaking piece of history. English vibes for a newly built home in Austin

One thing I absolutely detest in this city is how all new builds are designed to look modern regardless of the neighbourhood and surrounding architecture. I love that this home is a new build and was designed to look like an English village, despite being located in Austin, Texas. And the result is bright (except the kitchen – which is WOW) and inviting and beautiful inside and out. Designed by Fern Santini. Surfside Montauk

I am in complete denial that summer is over. I am trying to mentally prepare myself to be frozen and miserable for the next 6+ months. In the meantime I will continue to deny the inevitable by staring longingly at summer homes such as this neutral, modern Montauk beauty by Alexander Design.

Villa Livia

I had to share another property available to rent from designer Jacques Garcia. This too is an absolutely stunning home in Sicily but this time set amongst a much more barren landscape than the previous one I shared. And like the last one, I’d be kicking and screaming on my way out. How could you ever leave this?
