This spacious Louisiana lake house by TIEK BYDAY was designed as a welcoming haven for an extended family, comfortably sleeping 32 across ten bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Rooted in traditional Acadian architecture, the home features generous communal areas, a large kitchen and a refined bar, all oriented toward lake-view porches for easy indoor-outdoor living. Thoughtfully layered with cozy nooks, alcove beds and deep seating, the design balances grandeur with warmth, making it perfect for gathering, relaxing and entertaining.

70s sophistication in Marseille

This striking 1930s villa on Marseille’s Corniche Kennedy has been reimagined by Dorothée Delayeas as a soulful retreat where Mediterranean views meet a 1970s spirit. The design preserves the home’s soul while introducing a fresh, contemporary touch. The interiors are all about light and texture while curated vintage pieces meet bold artworks. With layered terraces and a garden immersed in Mediterranean flora the house feels like a luminous, personal escape in the heart of the city.

Timeless elegance in Salamanca

This 380 m² apartment, located in a landmark building in Madrid’s Salamanca district, has been fully renovated by Galán Sobrini Arquitectos. Original architectural elements were preserved, while new additions were thoughtfully integrated using natural yet sophisticated materials such as restored pine flooring and intricately detailed stone. Highlights include the formal fireplace elevation and a bespoke dining room hutch and bar, creating a richly textured, elegant interior that honors the home’s heritage with a contemporary sensibility.

Cole Valley classic

Lauren Nelson Design, in collaboration with architect Joram S. Altman, reimagined this 1908 Classic Revival home Cole Valley, San Francisco with a bold design overhaul. Stripped to the studs with only the front façade preserved, the house was lifted, expanded and opened to city views. Inside, classic detailing, paneled walls, high ceilings, and curated furnishings, creates a fresh, vibrant atmosphere that blends historic charm with contemporary ease and colour.
