The last hoorah

It’s the last hoorah of summer. The warm sun is hanging on stubbornly but the days are getting shorter and the cool air nips at night. I think these images of a Coogee, Sydney garden by landscape designer William Dangar might just pull me through.

I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a four day Easter break than exploring the über fabulous city of Sydney especially if the base for my foray was this apartment at XXV Challis. From the exquisite interiors by Pamela Makin to its perfect position in Potts Point I’d be tempted not to stray too far. Actually I think I’d never want to leave. From the amazing stable of prestige properties at Contemporary Hotels.

Tree house
