The 40sqm apartment of Paris-based interior designer Charlotte Vauvillier. A perfectly formed little gem of bespoke furniture and fittings accented with midcentury pieces. Small is beautiful.

The Recycled House

Built from recycled materials and designed to accommodate the owners’ love of warehouse living the Recycled House in Perth, Western Australia is by Etica Studio. While the design takes its reference from the surrounding art deco buildings the result is contemporary and stylish open plan living with sustainability in mind.

Stalking 2

A 70sqm apartment in an old house in Potts Point, Sydney. I’d love to see this one in real life. I’m sure the photos don’t do its personality justice. I want to sit on the quirky balcony with the owner watching the world go by. I’d also love to see the bedroom and no, that’s not a chat up line. Link here while it lasts.

The footprint is miniscule. The price tag is mind boggling. Inner city Sydney living may be tight on space but in this case it’s big on style… and parking space. I’m stalking a renovated Redfern terrace house. Link here while it lasts.
