Understated elegance with a play of pattern and texture tempered by fresh whites. Obvious attention to detail. At times eclectic but rooted in tradition. Think crisp white sheets with monogrammed pillows, showcase wallpaper in the powder room, dramatic den and a sea of white cabinetry and stone in the kitchen. Family living just so. Drinks tonight? I’d love to come but I can’t. I have to work. You’ll have a fab time at The Nelson. The fitout by Techné Architecture + Interior Design is so cool. Rustic meets maritime meets industrial, distressed and recycled. I’d call in sick to work but I’m the boss. Have a rum for me!

A match made in heaven. The Paddington, Sydney showroom of tailor Patrick Johnson by his interior designer wife Tamsin Johnson. You know that fantasy I have about hiding in a shop until after closing time then sneaking out and pretending said shop is my home? So finding a hiding place here!
