And it is hot! The April issue of my fav magazine, Inside Out hit the newstands in Australia today and it is chock-a-block with colour madness. Managing editor Lee Tran Lam thought we’d like to share this amazing Melbourne home with you. She was right. Wow! It’s a bold. It’s bright. It’s the attention grabbing home of Justina and Tom Noble. The stylist on the story was Glen Proebstel, and photographer Derek Swalwell.

Swedish stylist and creative director Mikael Beckman is longing for the coming Spring. When he emailed me with his latest work for Svenskt Tenn  the snow was still on the ground but the promise of the coming season was in the air. I couldn’t think of a better way to keep the winter blues at bay than these shots featuring Svenskt Tenn‘s new wallpaper range and their collaboration with designer Michael Anastasiades.

Open, light filled, clean lined and family friendly. Warm wooden floors with accents of yolk yellow, red and Aegean blue that flash across the streamlined white canvas. A modern Australian beach house by interior design leaders Nexus Designs.

The new week has begun and plans are being hatched. So much going on but I’m in the pink. And who does the perfect pink? Why stylist Marcus Hay of course. Lovely lolly pink with a touch of retro and a twist of quirk. Happy smiley face pink.
