A tutti-fruitti confection of spritzy pastels, pattern riot and frills and frou frou. Girly girl to the max and boho to boot. Want a getaway that takes you beyond your comfort zone or need a break where everything is maxed to OTT pretty just the way you secretly fantasised? Either way this place is pure saccharine sexy. St Charles Square, another property through onefinestay.

The bedroom and bathroom are o.k. (pretty fifties wallpaper!), but for me the flowery look contrasts too much with the nice architecture in the living room. It looks too much like a 'concept' implanted there by a stylist and not like somebody is actually living here. I especially do not like the wall with the yellow panel and that a few (ugly) flowery vases placed on the nice long shelves….

Such a whimsical display of pattern and colour, quite eclectic but appealing nonetheless. I mostly love the varied placement of antique furniture, particularly the beautiful, up-cycled clawfoot (stool turned) coffee table.

Everything looks perfect and colorful. Furniture looks good as well.

It took me a little while to catch the particular vibe of this eclecticism. But now that I'm on it, I think it would be a fun stay. ;o)
