Some sleek, simple, stylish spaces selected from the portfolio of Australian architect Rob Kennon. I’m smitten with the dark wood exteriors, and that massive kitchen island.
Some of the spaces that are offered for use — that built-in corner desk, the entry way bench, passages from one part of a house to the others, even that larger courtyard surrounded on three sides — they don't exude friendly come-hitherness. They seem like areas you'd leave as soon as possible. Avoid, even. However, I do think the attention to bringing in natural light, and the architectural decisions made in those situations, are exemplary.

The first and last are my favorites, but this is all lovely work. ~Sparky
