Copper lighting love

A couple of weeks ago I mentioned my lighting obsession (lamp trampness) and blogged some pendants bedside.Today I thought I’d feature a round-up of one of my favourite light fixtures – Tom Dixon’s copper shade pendant. OMG this light fixture is HOT. The gorgeous copper colour (forget the bronze or the mirror ball, it’s got to be copper), the reflective shine, the simplicity….it’s to die for. And I don’t own one. YET. But I will. Because I have to.

Jenny says:

Yes! I want one of the rooms with multiple of them hung at different heights!

Johanna says:

Looking awesome! Now I regret that I painted one copper lamp, before the copper boom started 🙁

Dirk says:

Boring, is the lamp on sale or what?!

Jane says:

I love every single one of the these spaces – the copper gives them such a lift. Jane

Nice interiors! And the pictures aren't bad either.

Evelyn M says:

I have always loved copper and this pendant – with all its simplicity – allows the copper hues and reflections to take centre stage. The overscale ball is a statement in itself. This is a perfect example of less is more. A beautiful piece can command without being loudly obnoxious with overkill detail. Perfection.
