Stalking shotgun, slats and synergy

Take a classic shotgun terrace in my favourite Melbourne suburb of Fitzroy. Extend and renovate with voids and stairs and slats and changing levels. Design and evolve and create something beautiful. Architect design, innovation and builder’s own craftsmanship converge in a sensational synergy of style, form and function… that last bit was the real estate agent blurb but I think he is spot on. An amazing home designed by Atelier Wagner Architects. Link here while it lasts.

Guess we'll have to agree with the real estate agent! I am sold on that arched hallway..such a lovely detail . thanks for sharing..xx meenal

A house to live in not just to look at!

Markus says:

Great design. Perfect size for a small inner city family. And "cheap" for this part of fitzroy!

Blanders says:

I agree with Markus. Given the location, the superb cutting-edge design, the high quality materials and fittings, and the fact that it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study, $1.15 million is an absolute steal. You're almost getting the land for free at that price!

The only downside would seem to be the lack of a car space.
