Nice selection. I couldn't help but notice that the element shared by most of the choices is the use of iconic chairs from the modernist canon–often in statement colors. And it's true that with a classic Eames shell or a Wegner wishbone chair, all the other components of a room should stand back and pay deference. You can't overshadow or compete with perfection.
