We all know that New Zealanders like their bachs. We’ve featured quite a few of these holiday homes on the blog but never a shipping container bach. Clever and stylish, relocatable and able to be off grid or on. The Port-a-bach prototype by Bonnifait + Giesen Atelierworkshop.

I just love this idea, I saw it years ago in Green magazine and have always loved the idea that it is so flexible and transportable.
Reading a book on a bed under a tree has always appealed to me 🙂
