This place is probably worth at least $800,000, but the majority of that is the price of the land in Fitzroy North.
I always find myself wondering why we can't build houses as charming as this on cheaper blocks of land. How is that a skill our civilization has lost? This house doesn't use particularly high-end materials or tricky contruction methods – it's all about layout and a beautiful use of space and proportion.
