The Bergen Street Townhouse is a 20 foot wide by 40 foot deep Italianate brownstone located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Park Slope. The house was completed gut renovated to create a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house for a growing family with a rental apartment on the garden level. All walls including structural walls were removed from the Parlor Level to create a completely open plan for Kitchen, Dining and Living.
