Boho, rock chick, Scandi granny

It’s a bit like Cochella meets William Morris or Swedish exposed brick meets Bob Dylan. I’m going to call it boho, rock chick, Scandi granny. Think David Hamilton photographs come to life with an iPhone and a flat screen TV. A warmer and, may I say, more welcoming progression from the washed out, monochrome, Scandi had a holiday in Bali look we’ve been seeing for a couple of years now. Hats off to the home owner and the stylist  of this real estate listing. Yes I have a new Swedish estate agent crush… Entrance Fastighetsmäkleri. Unfortunately this townhouse has sold but there are plenty more lovelies on the website.

Very interesting. I am quite taken by the glass-block kitchen wall with the Frank Lloyd Wright/Mondrian glass doors (and both the white inside and the black outside are gorgeous). Is the kitchen all Ikea? I think I recognize pieces, but it's all put together in an original way. Bravo to them. The tile in front of the door is probably very practical.
They also did a good job with the TV–under the stairs (both discreet and practical, since it won't get glare from the window).
The angled tub is jaunty, but I wonder about cleaning in the corners behind it.
I love the wallpaper!

This was the home of @annacate on IG. I've been following her for a long time because her photos are lovely and I fell in love with this house.

Elise,

Search for Bumling and you'll find that lamp. They are gorgeous, and their pendants too. Sigh.

LOVE THIS. If I lived there I'd never leave.

I bought a design book in Stockholm several years ago that featured this home, and I've been obsessed with it ever since (lovelylife.se has a nice tour). I'd heard the house was up for sale, and it's interesting to see how it was staged.
