Fusion of art deco and modern

Ninou Etienne of Fusion D is all about the fusion of drop dead gorgeous original architecture in dwellings around Bordeaux, France and the modernist sensibilities of her clients. In this home Ninou added graphic elements with tile and wallpaper for some drama and playfulness. You walk through the door and BOOM!

Peggy says:

I adore this. Even though I'm a little tired of neutral color schemes, this home has a lot of interest in its use of graphic, geometric accents. Like the Nixon and Nelson lamps. Love! Also love that coffee table, and the division between the entry and the living areas. I'd, of course, like to see some hot pink accents added. Not sold on the wallpaper. And, oh that isy favorite fridge ever!
