A beach house in Malibu

Summer appears to be sticking around a little longer here in Ottawa with temperatures reaching 40 tomorrow. FINE BY ME! In the meantime I am trying to enjoy every moment I can outdoors…and then I came across this beach house in Malibu and was blown away by how beautiful it is inside and out. I would give anything to be able to enjoy a climate like that year round and be so close to the ocean. By Ignacio Rodriguez Architects.

I've spent many years in that area- so gorgeous, but if you look at that last photo of the drawing, that would be the beach under the house! It is so odd to walk under all the homes- a little sad too.
