Don’t get me wrong. I love this house. I love the cool white rooms with their doors thrown open to the outside. I love the Spanish tiles on the floor, the mix of old and new furniture, the painted Asian pieces. What I really love, though, is the garden. Oh my! A series of courtyards intimately connected to the interiors, the gurgle of water features including a small rill, white and yellow frangapanis. What low maintenance loveliness. I’m stalking in the Sydney suburb of Paddington just a stone’s throw from Oxford S. You’ll find the link here while it lasts.

I want to move in. They can leave it just as it is because it’s perfect.
Moyra says:
What a beautiful place to live, and the gardens are inspirational! I’d have difficulty going up and down the stairs without a handrail. How does this pass building control?
axie says:
Oh yes, the courtyards- and that kitchen/dining room!
