Ballroom House

It was a ballroom and dance school in a former life and it certainly hasn’t lost its dramatic style. High ceilings, heritage features and daring dashes of colour. By Melbourne-based interior design firm Larritt-Evans.

What a stunning kitchen! This kitchen is not meant for cooking because it is beautiful to mess up with dirty dishes. Thank you sharing.

Blanders says:

The little chain screen in the kitchen for small appliances is cool, and the house has some uniquely lovely furniture and art pieces.

However this house breaks one of my cardinal rules for both life and interior design: No Naked People In The Dining Room. It’s fine for the bathroom or the bedroom, and daring but okay in the entry, but no one should be witnessing erogenous zones while eating.

So many naughty one-liners going through my mind right now haha! I do have to say though, her stern look would definitely keep me from that second helping of chocolate ganache .. 🙂
