In a comment the other day an American reader of ours begged us to show some style mixed with warmth and humanity (aka: lived in). Given the horror show that went on there I felt compelled to oblige. I spotted this apartment in a highrise in Moscow on The Village and thought it was perfect to share. This could not be more warm, lived-in, practical, full of life, overflowing with a beautiful energy thanks to bright colours and lots of vintage finds. My thoughts are with my neighbours to the south and I hope this brings a smile to your faces.

Ah, pillows with no karate chops and a kitchen picture where you can smell the toast and coffee. I couldn’t take my eyes off that rococo clock.

Awwww, thank you. This traumatized American really enjoyed the colorful, fun Moscow interior. That bedroom window seat is dreamy.

Every home needs a rhino head light sconce. Or my specifically, MY home needs a rhino head light sconce.

Love it!

You had me with the pink walls, then the yellow walls in the kitchen. Every house I’ve lived in always gets yellow walls in the kitchen.
A very happy spread! 🙂
