What was once the very dated mid century Nashville home of country singer Tammy Wynette, is now a chic, hollywood glam meets contemporary cool and casual space with one of the sweetest pools I have ever seen. How much of a challenge would furnishing a home with so many curved walls be?! ‘TammyWood’ designed by Rachel Halvorson.

Absolutely! I wondered if this is a natural piece or if someone dyed it. I don’t know much about marble, but when I searched “dyeing marble” I see that people do indeed do that. At any rate, it is a gorgeous piece! Love the whole house and especially love that pool and back patio area!!!

I still think the black and white marble above the open fire looks like a Rorschach-test! That might lead to some interesting conversations, once the pandemic hopefully ends and we can all welcome guests in our houses again.
