Oh, to have a house with an exterior that freaking cute! (San Fran, you sure do have some cuties!) And OH, to have this much space! I’M DEAD!!! It’s modern, yet classic and sophisticated and appealing to the masses. Designed by Lauren Nelson, photos by Seth Smoot.

I love the idea of designing a kitchen to look like a high-end cocktail bar. It’s been ingeniously done.
There’ll be grease marks on that curved ceiling within a year, thanks to the lack of a vent hood, but when you’re this wealthy such things are easily resolved.
