Mas de Bigot is an absolutely beautiful 18th century hideaway in Saint Rémy de Provence. A “concept art home” designed by Gérard Faivre that is available for sale – fully renovated and decorated. It is 600 m², on 10 hectares that includes a lake, an olive grove, and a forest with a cabin. I think I’m in love! Anyone want to go halfsies on it? 🙂

We are the biggest fans of Paris architecture firm double g so it comes as no surprise that I adore the home of Anne Geistdoerfer (one half of the firm alongside Flora de Gastines). All of the built in shelving blows my mind (2 posts in a row!), and the colour palette of black, blue and green is dramatic and really beautiful. (Details on the space can be found in this article)

California-based, multi-disciplinary firm Marmol Radziner was responsible for the architecture and interiors of this simple yet really beautiful home in Los Angeles. The main house of this Rustic Canyon residence sits between two single-story concrete block structures that contain a guest bedroom suite and an artist’s studio and garage. The positioning of the house at the exterior edge of the site optimizes natural light and backyard views of the surrounding oak canopy. I have to admit, I for some reason am totally blown away with how they designed the shelving on the side of the stairs that has the table integrated into it. Saved that to my inspiration folder!

The Emerald is an Art Nouveau house in the centre of Prague consisting of 13 flats designed in 5 different styles, that are available for short term rentals. The old world feel in these spaces is absolutely magical, and the textured walls are like works of art. How I would love to visit Prague and stay in such a beautiful environment. (Thank you again Bára!)

I would like to share with you the last photo I took my old friend Diesel. She is about to turn 12 and as an old lady she enjoys very much her nap on our Eames lounge chair. Look how peaceful she looks 😉

It’s taken me ages to get a good picture of our other cat, Margaux, for Pets on Furniture. Margaux doesn’t hang out on the furniture as much as Pinot. Probably because she likes to sleep on the cable box in the TV room/den, which is always warm. But here’s Margaux in the master bedroom on the wicker chair. She waits here in the morning sometimes while I am getting ready.

And some from me. Bernie napping on the cat sofa (they’re on it WAY more than me) and Phoebe hanging out in the Tuft & Paw cat bed.
