Allt i hemmet

My new bathroom plans are gathering momentum. I find myself still gathering images in my inspiration file. Can’t stop. Bath or shower or both? Double sinks for the morning rush? Tiled to the ceiling or a softer look with lots of the old walls on show? Heated flooring or lovely old boards?

Light taking flight

Posted on Thu, 6 Feb 2014 by midcenturyjo

We have actually featured this project before (here). It’s a bar by Lauren Geremia but I just had to show this ceiling and light again. Such a wonderful flight of fantasy. Perfect for a child’s room. Perfect for any room that needs a touch of whimsy.

Will you forgive me today if I don’t wax lyrical about these two homes by San Francisco based Geremia. My computer is having a tantrum and I’m afraid I may not be able to finsih this post. I don’t have to heap on the hyperbole because these rooms speak for themselves. Wonderful!

A standard layout in a standard apartment block but it’s the little personal touches, the cute kitchen, the fabulous inner, inner almost right in the centre of Sydney location. Stalking wee apartments in Surry Hills. Link here while it lasts.

Stalking warehouses

Madly stalking amazing inner city Sydney warehouses. In a crazy, super paced, frenetic world an oasis of calm behind a give nothing away facade. Please, please, please let me win the lottery and be able to buy this beauty. Warehouse conversion in Alexandria, Sydney by architect Dale Jones Evans. For sale. Hands off. No one else buy it! Link here while it lasts.
